Shipping policy

 

All items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class postage. This does not provide us with tracking apart from your unique reference code that will only update online once they attempt delivery. 

1st class Signed For, Next Day or Rush my order are all tracked for services and will track your parcel the full way.

For lost items - it must be 10 business days from the day the item was posted to you as per Royal Mail guidelines. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
